Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

I love a good stir fry. I love a good homemade stir fry even more. Ok, I just love making stir fry because it’s just so easy and it almost always tastes great. I can honestly say that I haven’t tried a stir fry recipe yet that I didn’t like. And this Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry is not breaking that streak yet!

Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

I love beef and peppers. I think they are one of the greatest food combinations out there. (Well, I might just say that about beef and any green vegetable I enjoy eating.) And anyone who knows me also knows that I LOOOOOVE spicy food.

Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

Normally when I make stuff like this, I hold back on the spice to see if my two year old will try the dish. I decided to forgo that this time and just made him a separate meal. (99% of the time he won’t eat an Asian flavored dish.) So I went for it with the spice because I wanted to feel some heat.

Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

This dish delivered on its title. It was spicy and it was peppery. Exactly what you want from something called Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry. Now, this dish isn’t keto friendly with the sauce ingredients. But if you’re not going for keto limits on low carb, it is fairly carb ¬†friendly. I did opt to just eat the meat and vegetables. We did not serve this with any kind of starch or starch alternative (like cauli-rice.)

Spicy Beef and Pepper Stir Fry

This is definitely worth a try. It gives the flavors you want and it’s incredibly easy to make. Two wins in this busy mama’s book of recipes. I will definitely be making this again in the future (maybe less spicy once I can convince C-Man to try these Asian meals!)
