In keeping up with my challenge to myself, it’s time for my March Challenge: MyFitnessPal Logs Update 2. I have tasked myself with keeping track of every single thing I eat for the month of March. Not an easy task, but one I need to take to help myself get back on track.
The first week, I ate like crap but I did manage to track it all. Occasionally I had to do a quick calorie add to estimate a high calorie count for some of the bad food I’ve eaten. (Too much take out.)
This second week, although better, I am still not eating as well as I should. I have managed to keep my calorie counts more under control. But my food choices have not been as stellar as they could be. And somehow we’re still sneaking in some fast food trips in the mix. Oops! It’s not nearly as much as the first week, so we have improved. And hey, it really does a lot for my mindset to see just how bad I’m eating.
I have also challenged myself to give up chocolate and candy for the month of March. I am proud to report that I am still successfully not eating either of these. It has been very hard because the cravings have been intense. But I am still going strong with this one.
